We are looking for these positions:
2D Animator
Responsibilities:
- Drawing animatics, key poses, and in-betweens.
- Designing characters for 2D animation productions.
- Building a rig for Toon Boom Harmony.
Requirements:
- Well experienced in illustration.
- Artistic grasp of human anatomy, posing, and motion.
- Complete grasp of principles of animation.
- Proficient in Toon Boom Harmony and/or Adobe Flash/Animate.
3D Animator
Responsibilities:
- Create high quality animation based on storyboard / descriptions / direction given.
- Create layout scenes when it is needed.
- Collaborate and communicate closely with the team and Supervisor to produce current and future project.
- Complete any task with the proper and accurate given timeline.
- Follow all the rules inside the studio.
Requirements:
- Understand and execute well the 12 principles of animation.
- Has been working in animation industry as 3D animator for at least 1 year.
- Good communication and have a great attitude in working environment.
- Quick to adapt with any animation styles and projects, such as TV series, movie, games, and motion capture animation.
- Able to work under pressure with a tight deadline.
- Passionate with a high motivation to succeed.
- Willing to learn by accepting all the criticism and revisions with a good manner.
3D Animator Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Create high quality animation based on storyboard / descriptions / direction given.

Senior Producer
Responsibilities:
- Direct lead artists with a solid production plan to achieve high-quality efficient output on time and one budget.
- Develop a production plan for games or animation projects including development process, progress report, resource allocation, budget control, and risk management.
- Create and maintain a production and delivery schedule with build-up time, milestones, efficiency, and able to change and adapt impacts.
- Identify any potential risks on the project and provide feasible solutions; be able to communicate the plan and layout a road-map to the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of production experience.
- One or more complete development and production cycles in a producer role.
- Demonstrate exceptional management and communication skills.
- Ability and experience in dealing with hard deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of the game or animation production pipeline.
- Have exceptional problem-solving skills.
Lighting Compositor
Responsibilities:
- Work with leads to create color keys, key light rigs, and render CG shots.
- Work with leads and art departments to achieve the correct visual atmosphere.
- Ensure continuity and quality across all shots in the specific sequence.
- Fine-tune the setting and comp the final shots as the style of the project.
- Troubleshoot and research for viable solutions related to lighting and comp tasks.
- Address all tasks and notes assigned by the leads and supervisors.
- Must be able to complete all assigned tasks and submit for approval before the deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in game or animation production experience as Compositor or Lighting Artist.
- Strong sense of color theory, lighting, shading, volume, depth.
- Strong knowledge of Nuke, Maya, Blender 3D, Cycles, Arnold, and Vray.
- An understanding of light, shading, and color, as well as of composting principles and practices.
- Capable of basic Python scripting to automate process.
Technical Director
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical solutions for production to resolve issues and/or advance production methodology.
- Maintain a stable and non-obstructed system for providing technical support for all projects.
- Monitor all technical aspects throughout production.
- Maintain production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and latest installation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience managing technical integration and implementation of various production teams.
- Experience meeting with clients to determine the aspects of the technical requirements and ensure the production is in sync with the goal.
- Experience with the automation of technical processes.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and remain high performance under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate with all departments to resolve and/or improve technical issues.
Concept Artist
Responsibilities:
- Help establish the art vision for characters, worlds, weapon, and props.
- Create concept art to be used as a guide for developing 3D game assets.
- Create thumbnails, mood explorations, and model sheets.
- Collaborate with other artist and designers to creatively solve problems.
- Guide and help other team members.
Requirements:
- Well experienced in illustration.
- Artistic grasp of human anatomy, posing, and motion.
- Complete grasp of principles of animation.
- Proficient in Toon Boom Harmony and/or Adobe Flash/Animate.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a relevant industry.
- Good concept art skills, and good understanding of human and creature anatomy, color theory, values, form, shape language, and silhouette.
- Superior eye for light, value, composition, color, staging, materials, architecture, and detail in environmental design.
- Mastery of digital content creation tools, like Photoshop.
- Creative, Self-Motivated and Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team or individually.
- Ability to take feedback and make changes as required.
- Ability to work on different art style.
- Organized and efficient.
IT Officer / Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support.
- Building, repairing, and installing computers and other office equipment.
- Utilizing help-desk ticketing system to track, update and escalate incoming issues.
- Performing software operation and program system tests.
- User account administration.
- Managing securities and permissions on databases.
- Making connections with computer or IT suppliers.
- Handling IT-related purchasing.
Requirements:
- Flexible and highly adaptable to work hours.
- Problem solving oriented.
- Basic hardware networking knowledge.
- Basic programming skills is a plus.
- Physically able to carry heavy hardware.
- Willing to learn.
- Able to work with the team.
- Liking games and animation is a plus.
Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handling Brandoville’s marketing plan; both printed and digital.
- Researching digital and social media content ideas.
- Making and maintaining connections with external parties.
- Manage Brandoville’s website and social media.
- Designing and creating content for every printed and digital media.
- Handling all graphic design related duties.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
- Creative and innovative, problem solving oriented.
- Have a good writing skill, experienced as a copywriter is a plus.
- Possess a good and sharp visual sense.
- Well-versed in Adobe illustrator and Photoshop
- Have good people skills and keep up with the latest trends.
- Presentable looks.
- Familiarity with printed and digital media types.
- Liking games and animation is a plus.
Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Managing cash flow reports.
- Arranging driver requests.
- Reporting daily employee attendance.
- Making meeting minutes.
- Managing our stars system.
- Filing documents.
- Keeping employee databases and employee insurance.
- Receiving and answering telephone calls and emails.
- Arranging internal events, such as Monthly Birthday celebration.
- Recording employee leaves.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
